WEDNESDAY TRAINING: TBA
COACHES MEETING: These meetings are mandatory for all head coaches. Time and place TBA.
RACE OFFICIALS' MEETINGS: These meetings are mandatory for all race officials. Time and place TBA.
GATE JUDGES: All gate judges are required to attend this meeting regardless of which day you are working. Gate judging responsibilities will be reviewed along with specific instructions related to this race. There will not be time to do this on the race mornings, so attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

RACE RULES: OISRA Alpine Race Rules and team scoring will apply to the State Championships. There will be a modified "FLIP 30" for second run start order.
VOLUNTEER RACE DAY CHECK-IN: TBA
BIBS: Athletes will be issued one bib for the entirety of the event (both races). Bibs will be distributed to coaches at the coach meeting on Wednesday night. If a racer is only racing one of the two days, he/she will receive a bib assignment for that day.
